ABSTRACT
LINC00323 is a novel lncRNA which has reported to play an important role in the development and recurrence several cancers. However, expression predictive value of gastric cancer (GC) remain mysterious.LINC00323 GC tissues adjacent normal was evaluated by quantitative reverse-transcription PCR (qRT-PCR). The relationship between clinicopathological features patients' survival were analyzed. Univariate multivariate analyses performed.LINC00323 found be significantly increased tissues. High exerted pro-tumor effect late stage development. Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that patients with high associated poor overall (OS) progression-free (PFS). Moreover, combination TNM drinking status better identified patient outcome than those alone. Our data overexpression might serve as independent prognostic factor for patients, suggesting potential biomarker therapeutic target GC.
