ABSTRACT
When the magnetic bearing rotor is working, iron loss concentration phenomenon may occur on journal, which will cause temperature gradient journal and thermal unbalance. In order to study phenomenon, a multi-physics simulation method considering magnetic-thermal coupling proposed. Using ANSYS Maxwell for modeling finite element analysis obtain causes of in influence different parameters size distribution loss; using COMSOL distribution. The results show that: because initial disturbance, control effect makes field circumference uneven, resulting concentration; current bias have significant distribution, while speed value; result surface. verified by rise detection experiment. It provides theoretical basis reference unbalance bearing.
