ELSOL is a pilot project funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF). The objective to learn methods that increase participation of minoritized individuals living in high poverty, from urban and rural areas, STEM careers. final goal these students do not stop their studies with only two-year Associate degree, they want continue studying university for at least another two or three years. This will be achieved engagement through experiential learning which take an introductory astrobiology/data science class uses Citizen (CS)-NASA radiotelescope. We describe setup this proceeding, we share main concepts learned our students, graphs obtained first generation. Likewise, some observations recommendations implement next semester teach class.
