This article explores the phenomenon of repeated Hajj in Indonesia through guideline Maqashid Sunnah, intending to provide a critical reinterpretation this practice. As one fundamental pillars Islam, has deep spiritual and social significance. However, trend Indonesian society raised various controversies, including social, economic, religious implications. By employing Sunnah approach, intends uncover underlying objectives Sharia behind rituals as revealed Hadiths. Furthermore, it implications on public understanding its values.
