Safety communication in construction projects in Vietnam from contractors’ perspective

ABSTRACT
Little is known about how specific participants send and receive safety information training whilst always an essential factor contributing to the success of a project. Research examining patterns communication, especially in emerging markets like Vietnam, therefore necessary. Data was collected through case studies interviews with six contractor’s managers different projects. This paper presents social network analysis approach that has been used wide range applications disciplines analyse measure communication occurs between project participants. The results show there clustering way organization communicates occupational safety. At same time, relationship frequency exchanging on satisfaction work contractor's managers. Initially, it can be surmised exchange Vietnam similar many other countries. In addition, projects have variety channels. terms applicability, metrics ones presented this perfectly serve as leading set performance indicators, which rapidly measured modeled at outset throughout implementation.
