ABSTRACT
Objective: This study aimed to investigate the risk factors of postoperative recurrence acoustic neuroma (AN) and provide a reference for its clinical prevention treatment. Methods: retrospective included total 30 patients with recurrent AN 23 non-recurrent who were admitted Department Neurosurgery our hospital from January 2013 December 2018. The rate during same periods was calculated surgical treatment decided according tumor size. effects further compared investigated way different treatments affected preservation auditory nerve, facial posterior group nerve increased paralysis in patients. Results: Univariate analysis cases showed that size, internal canal invasion, blood supply are linked (P<0.05). In addition, multi-factor demonstrated rich supply, medium texture, intratumoral incomplete resection, large-diameter independent AN. We observed significant difference but not between Conclusions: analyzed neuroma. results small size tumor, vascular resection Therefore, these can be indexes, relevant measures also taken operation reduce
