The Relationship of Job Satisfaction and Quality of Work Life with the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of the Staff Working at Rehabilitation Clinics Affiliated to Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences

ABSTRACT
Background and Objectives This study was aimed to determine the relationship of job satisfaction quality work life with organizational citizenship behavior staff working at rehabilitation clinics affiliated Ahvaz Jundishapur University Medical Sciences. Subjects Methods a descriptive cross-sectional conducted in first half 2021. Participants were selected from among all Sciences using census method. Data collected Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire, Walton's Quality Work Life Oregon Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire. Results The results showed positive significant between (p < 0.001, r= 0.55) 0.45). As far as domains concerned, further analysis indicated that significantly associated politeness consideration 0.76, p 0.66, respectively), civic virtue 0.52, p= 0.01, 0.26, altruism (p= 0.009, 0.28, 0.04, 0.21, respectively). Conclusion Managers health centers are advised develop specific programs for enhancement centers. will instill them spirit adopting roles responsibilities beyond their routine description.
