ABSTRACT
There are numerous internet-connected devices attached to the industrial process through recent communication technologies, which enable machine-to-machine and sharing of sensitive data a new technology called internet things (IIoTs). Most suggested security mechanisms vulnerable several cybersecurity threats due their reliance on cloud-based services, external trusted authorities, centralized architectures; they have high computation costs, low performance, exposed single authority failure bottleneck. Blockchain (BC) is widely adopted in sector for its valuable features terms decentralization, security, scalability. In our work, we propose decentralized, scalable, lightweight, secure private network based blockchain technology/smart contracts overhead circuit breaker electrical power grid Al-Kufa/Iraq plant as an application. The proposed scheme offers double layer encryption, device authentication, scalability, consumption, improves industry's operations; provides efficient access control generated by sensors helps reduce wastage. We also address aggregation operations, considered challenging electric smart grids. utilize multi-chain proof rapid authentication (McPoRA) consensus mechanism, enhance computational performance effectively improve latency. advanced reduced instruction set computer (RISC) machines ARM Cortex-M33 microcontroller characterized ultra-low consumption well efficiency real-time cryptographic algorithms such elliptic curve digital signature algorithm (ECDSA). This execution, increases implementation speed asymmetric integrity authenticity at perceptual layer. Our experimental results show that achieves excellent processing, (70.880 mW), very memory utilization (2.03% read-only (RAM) 0.9% flash memory) execution time (0.7424 s) algorithm. enables autonomous reconfiguration on-demand processing.
