ABSTRACT
The Internet of Vehicles (IoV) is a networking paradigm related to the intercommunication vehicles using network. In dynamic network, one key challenges in IoV traffic management under increasing avoid congestion. Therefore, optimal path selection route between origin and destination vital. This research proposed realistic strategy reduce service response time by enabling real-time content distribution systems heterogeneous network access. Firstly, this work novel use Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm formulated planning optimization problem as an Integer Linear Program (ILP). integrates future estimation metric predict arrivals vehicles, searching routes. Considering mobile nature IOV, fuzzy logic used for congestion level along with ACO determine path. model results indicate that suggested scheme outperforms existing state-of-the-art methods identifying shortest most cost-effective Thus, strongly supports its applications having stringent Quality Service (QoS) requirements vehicles.
