ABSTRACT
Mosquitoes are of great concern for occasionally carrying noxious diseases (dengue, malaria, zika, and yellow fever). To control mosquitoes, it is very crucial to effectively monitor their behavioral trends presence. Traditional mosquito repellent works by heating small pads soaked in repellant, which then diffuses a protected area around you, alternative spraying yourself with insecticide. But they have limitations, including the range, turning them on manually, waiting protection kick when mosquitoes may find you. This research aims design fuzzy-based controller solve above issues automatically determining repellent’s speed active time. The time depend cartridge number mosquitoes. Mamdani model used proposed fuzzy system (FS). FS consists identifying unambiguous inputs, fuzzification process, rule evaluation, defuzzification process produce outputs. input variables as output variable. whole designed simulated using MATLAB Simulink R2016b. executed verified utilizing microcontroller its pulse width modulation capability. Different simulations performed many nonlinear processes. Then, comparative analysis outcomes under similar conditions confirms higher accuracy FS, yielding maximum relative error 10%. experimental show that root mean square reduced 67.68%, absolute percentage 52.46%. Using can help maintain energy repellent.
