ABSTRACT
Background: Since the outbreak of COVID-19 caused adults suffer from mental disorders, it would be an essential for psychologist to help individuals overcome disorders. Objective: This study aim explore whether intervention mindfulness is efficient method enhance adolescents’ emotional intelligence (EI) and psychological capital (PC) provide a theoretical basis future directions both targeted crisis trauma recovery plans. Design: research was designed as randomized controlled trial total 798 students were evaluated statistically. Methods: We used paired-sample t-tests repeated measures ANOVA compare every factor defined above by time group. Then, we Mplus build LGCM examine trajectory changes in EI PC experimental Results Conclusions: (1) The scores had significantly different points group but not control (2) tended increase with intervention, there significant individual differences initial level development speed.
