ABSTRACT
In this study, it is aimed to guide in foreign investors' decisions on portfolio investment by using multi-purpose decision making techniques. To end, G7 countries were identified as investors. As be invested, selected the Balkans included analysis. Criteria used during analysis are economic and locally defined two main factors their sub-factors. AHP method was techniques determine weight of criteria MOORA Balkan country invested. a result, findings show that for country, country’s GNP amounts, commercial climate freedom about most effective but geographic distance information cost least factors.
