Objectives: The purpose of this research was to describe radiographic density mandibular bone in calcium channel blocker anti-hypertensive drug users. Bone the mandible is assessed from trabecular. Panoramic radiograph a routine examination that often done dentistry can be used assess changes quality form users blockers 
 Material and Methods: This descriptive study 21 panoramic radiographs aged 40-75 years. archive checks distal region foramen mentale angular using software image j, with final result percentage between marrow. Results: showed average male antihypertensive drugs 18.81% female 20.92%. Conclusion: Based on results found patients taking higher than male.
