<p>This report summarizes findings from the Public Engagement activities that supported development of HSO’s National Long-Term Care (LTC) Services Standard. HSO heard over 18,800 Canadians in 2021 and 2022 through activities. All engagement participants gave consent for their information to be used standard. In accordance, all responses have been treated confidence anonymized this report.</p>
