ABSTRACT
Cobalt blue pigment precursor xerogel was prepared by sol-gel method and then calcined to obtain cobalt self-propagating combustion. The effect of process parameters such as pH value, metal ion concentration, dispersant, sol reaction temperature, citric acid dosage calcination temperature on the crystalline form studied. ultrafine obtained above is used inorganic ink, ceramic ink a dispersion method. effects milling medium size, time, different kinds dispersants, solvent addition Dry gel processed combustion athigh temperature. With increasing, color more bright. At 1250 ?, thegrain size sample approximately 200 500 nm. tested colorimeter, its b*value -43.09.
