ABSTRACT
Talent Management is known as a current model within human resource policies. This emphasizes the most organizational strategies for development of true quality their employees who are considered to be creators real value organization. paper suggests that such internal communication provides an opportunity decision-making, and also plays key role in satisfaction, motivation, retention talents context. Based on source literature review several countries, with particular focus Brazil where we found relatively consolidated state knowledge this area, use following guiding questions analysis: What new management model?
