ABSTRACT
Assessment of learning plays a central role in the teaching-learning process, and it has been extensively investigated due to recognized necessity adjusting didactic models new curricula social demands. The knowledge assessment is considered one components pedagogical content (PCK) by some authors for other component base teaching. It also strong link between educational ends, goals, purposes values procedures. In this work, results focused on ten chemistry teachers are presented with main goal assessing describing practices its close relationship aims. current study based semi-structured interviews, schools’ projects, questionnaires, evaluations teacher lesson plans. data suggest that there exists an inconsistency discourse regarding general education education. Although at all levels, including planning can be as innovative, actual practice we observed tendency toward teacher-centered approach summative assessment. show that, general, lack intrinsic elaborate questions assess students´ higher-order thinking, use improve teaching learning, inform planning, ultimately, perform assessments regulate promote line their own beliefs objectives chemical As result, infer problems PCK these teachers.
