ABSTRACT
JAB1 or C-Jun activation domain-binding protein-1 plays a role in controlling cellular proliferation, cell apoptosis, cycle, and regulating genomic instability as well DNA damage response. dysregulation contributes to oncogenesis via deactivating tumor suppressor genes. Vitis vinifera, Tabernaemontana corymbosa, Aloe vera have been known for their antitumor functions. However, the inhibitory of phytocompounds derived from barbadensis miller (Aloe vera) against has not yet elucidated. Therefore, we studied naturally compounds vera, which can interact decrease activities using in-silico analysis. Eighty-one were screened PyRx further analyzed Lipinski's rule. Further, on executing molecular docking studies sixty selected compounds, Iboluteine was found be potent inhibitor should explored in-vitro substantiate these assertions. Phytocompounds are reservoir bioactive molecules that particularly useful treating cervical cancer due limited toxicity amenability development drug resistance. Thus, this study aims identify possible selectively potential crucial anti-cancer therapeutic molecule cancer.
