ABSTRACT
Background: The aim of this paper is to investigate the relationship between rule law and sustainable development. law, frequently referred as ‘the empire laws not men,’ underscores significance constraining capricious authority ensuring that public servants adhere legal structures in their conduct. being a principle, paramount for society’s overall advancement well-being; therefore, its importance should be undervalued.
