ABSTRACT
To investigate the characteristics of waveform generated by blue and red light stimulations in a dark-adapted electroretinogram (ERG) those cone responses condition. The study subjects were 52 persons (88 eyes) with no previous medical history. The author recorded b-waves (rod response) stimulation x-waves (dark-adapted that appeared before b-waves. also stimulation, which had same amplitude as from stimulation. differences respect to age gender studied. Waveforms ERGs using digital subtraction technique. The x-wave always b-wave 0 dB (2.4 cd.s/m2) With equivalent stimulated intensity at an average -14.57 dB. implicit time for was delayed significantly male group. There significant between different groups. ERG demonstrated negative response followed series oscillatory potentials (OPs) positive response. The rod ERG. waveforms obtained dark adaptation
