ABSTRACT
Nephrotic syndrome has been described as one of the clinical forms chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD), but a limited number cases have described. We experienced young female patient with nephrotic developed 22 months after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) for severe aplastic anemia. She had well successful management gut-limited cGVHD until she hypoalbuminemia 2.0 g/dL and 24-hr urine protein 6.88 g/dL. On physical examination laboratory findings, there was no other evidence cGVHD. Clinical renal biopsy findings were consistent cGVHD-related membranous nephropathy, immunosuppressive agents cyclosporine prednisone prescribed. After 3 month treatment, proteinuria decreased to normal range; from nearly recovered. recommend glomerulonephritis should be considered in all patients following HSCT, even if is GVHD.
