ABSTRACT
Long-term Angiographic Follow-upAtherosclerotic renal artery stenosis (RAS) usually involves the ostium and proximal one-third of main branch.Percutaneous angioplasty with stent placement is a well recognized treatment for atherosclerotic RAS.Occasionally, RAS bifurcations. However, implantation in involving bifurcation not only troublesome, but also challenging because side branch occlusion in-stent restenosis (ISR).In present report, we describe use drug-eluting stents (DES) provisional T-stenting technique lesion.Follow-up angiogram showed no significant ISR 18 months after procedure. In lesions, twostent strategy using DES could be viable option selected patients.
