ABSTRACT
ACR/EULAR Classification CriteriaWe aimed to investigate the role of bone scintigraphy (BS) in diagnosis rheumatoid arthritis (RA) as a supplement 2010 American College Rheumatology (ACR)/ European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) criteria.A total 156 patients who underwent BS with screening laboratory confirm RA were enrolled.We divided them into two groups according presence upon first physical examination, and evaluated diagnostic validity an independent (BS only) or assistant tool using criteria (BS-assisted).Seventy-five had active (Group I), while remaining 81 did not II).Among them, 56 group I 5 II finally classified RA.In eligible for application criteria, sensitivity only BS-assisted was superior that criteria.However, BSassisted showed high positive prediction values score < 6 patients.Therefore, is still helpful detect even after introduction especially among do satisfy well those are ineligible due dubitable at clinical presentation.
