ABSTRACT
Two examples of the rare case complete duplicated collecting system with lower pole ureteropelvic junction obstruction are described. Ureteropelvic (UPJO) and systems seldom occur in combination. Complete duplication ureter may be asymptomatic or recognized when complications develop as a result reflux into upper an ectopic ureterocele. It is difficult to choose optimal therapy due high variability function, degree obstruction, damage potential for regeneration growing kidneys. The diagnosis management UPJO discussed.
