ABSTRACT
Neurologic deficit after cervical decompressive surgery for spondylotic myelopathy is a rare but critical complication. Spinal cord reperfusion injury one of the major causes sudden neurologic deterioration associated with surgery. If occurs during surgery, intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring essential early diagnosis and intervention including surgical modification maintaining proper mean blood pressure to reverse damage. We review in myelopathy.
