ABSTRACT
The American joint committee on cancer (AJCC) eighth edition staging system integrates clinical laboratory testing for a more comprehensive and personalized prognostic criteria. This study aims to revaluate the clinic pathological character of tumour system. Retrospective analysis was conducted patients with invasive breast carcinoma period four years from August 2016 – July 2020, conventional anatomic were restaged staging. total 77 cases 23 (29.9%) stage unchanged, 18 (23.4%) Down staged 36 (46.7%) upstaged. 36.5% grade II down staged, as it is ER, PR positive Her 2 Neu negative, 90.5% III upstaged all triple negative. More sample size survival rate estimation along present will provide insight toward changes impact biology predictive value 8th AJCC.
