Multiple sclerosis (MS) is the commonest demyelinating condition of nervous system. It characterized by numerous areas or plaques demyelination which are found dispersed throughout has been shown that MS less frequent in tropical regions than subtropical regions. In Latin America particularly, there some studies show this phenomenon.
