ABSTRACT
Mycoplasma gallisepticum causes coughing, ocular and nasal discharge, reduction in feed intake, lower uneven growth, decline egg production quality, increase mortality. Among the attenuated vaccination strains, MGF can reduce clinical signs lesions layer hens, stimulate immune responses of cellular humoral basis, act as an instrument competitive exclusion relation to field use antimicrobials. This study aimed investigate effects MG F-strain on quality 3 groups 30 hens each, being one control 2 vaccinated. Vaccination was applied by route at 8 12 wk age.
