ABSTRACT
Recurrence of liver metastasis after pancreatectomy is often a predictor poor prognosis. Comprehensive genomic analysis may contribute to better understanding the molecular mechanisms postoperative and provide new therapeutic targets.A total 67 patients from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) were included in this study. We analyzed differentially expressed genes (DEGs) by R package "DESeq2." Weighted gene co-expression network (WGCNA) was applied investigate key modules hub genes. Immunohistochemistry used analyze tumor cell proliferation index CD4+ T cells infiltration.Functional DEGs between metastatic recurrence-free groups mainly concentrated immune response. group had lower stroma scores higher TP53 mutation rate. WGCNA showed that related disease-free survival (DFS) overall (OS) enriched process Immunohistochemical pancreatic cancer with early proliferative activity, while infiltration specimens less. Our study suggested increased (especially cells) play an opposite role recurrence cancer.
