The elderly males undergo degenerative fertility and testicular endocrine function that jeopardize the reproductive health well-being. However, mechanisms underlying aging are unclear. Here, we tried to address this by investigating phenotypes transcriptomes of seven regions male mouse tract: testis, efferent ductules, initial segment, caput, corpus cauda epididymidis, vas deferens, in adult (3 months) aged (21 mice. This study provides an RNA-seq resource system during is expected improve our understanding infertility.
