ABSTRACT
The mechanism of parturition is still unclear. Evidence has shown that delivery associated with cellular senescence the amniotic membrane. We isolated fetal lung-associated exosomes from fluid term labor (TL-exos) and verified can cause primary human epithelial cell (hAEC) apoptosis release higher levels senescence-associated secretory phenotype (SASP)-related molecules proinflammatory damage-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs) than not in (TNIL-exos). lung carcinoma lines (A549) be used as an alternative to alveolar type 2 cells producing pulmonary surfactant. Therefore, we A549 cell-derived (A549-exos) found they trigger hAEC undergo same aging process. Finally, animal experiments suggested A549-exos induced vaginal bleeding preterm pregnant mice. conclude derived lungs induce membrane senescence, which may provide new insight into delivery.
