ABSTRACT
Background: The GINS complex, composed of GINS1/2/3/4 subunits, is an essential structure Cdc45-MCM-GINS (CMG) helicase and plays a vital role in establishing the DNA replication fork chromosome replication. Meanwhile, genes have been associated with poor prognosis various malignancies. However, abnormal expression their diagnostic prognostic value sarcomas (SARC) remain unclear. Methods: Oncomine, Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis (GEPIA), Kaplan-Meier Plotter, Cancer cell line encyclopedia (CCLE), University Alabama at Birmingham Data Portal (UALCAN), R studio, Tumor Immune Estimation Resource (TIMER) were used to analyze profiles, value, biological function, ceRNA, immune infiltration sarcomas. Results: We found that exhibited significantly upregulated transcription levels SARC samples compared non-tumor tissues high sarcoma lines. In addition, patients increased showed poorer survival rates. analysis subunits closely cells Conclusion: Our research identified as potential targets elucidated underlying effects genesis progression SARC. These results may provide new opportunities directions for targeted therapy.
