ABSTRACT
Glioma is the most common tumour of central nervous system, with a poor prognosis and an increasing trend incidence in recent years; it also beginning to affect younger age groups more. Added this, cuproptosis new form cell death. Indeed, when certain amount copper accumulates cell, affects specific mitochondrial metabolic enzymes that leads death-a phenomenon known as cuproptosis. In this study, we applied bioinformatics analysis, and, according results study analysis Gene Ontology (GO), well Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes KyotoEncyclopediaofGenesandGenomes, glutaminase (GLS) genes mutation glioma patients through Interestingly, however, GLS not involved immune escape glioma. Glutaminase are class glucose metabolism-related tricarboxylic acid cycle cells. At same time, expression gene was positively correlated degree infiltration various markers, thus affected patients. Therefore, believe cuproptosis-related can be important factor determining
