ABSTRACT
Vaginal flora plays a vital role in human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and progression to cancer. To reveal of the vaginal HPV persistence clearance, 90 patients with 45 healthy individuals were enrolled this study their analyzed. Women treated Lactobacillus environment as supplement interferon therapy. Our results indicated that high risk (Hr-HPV) 16/18 had significantly higher alpha diversity compared control ( p < 0.01), while there was no significant difference between non-Hr-HPV16/18 group controls > 0.05). Patients multiple insignificantly single The exhibited different compositions when controls. dominant bacteria highest prevalence HPV-positive iners (n = 49, 54.44%), top 3 HPV-persistent 34, 53.13%), Sneathia amnii 9, 14.06%), delbrueckii 3, 4.69%). clearance lower diversity, pattern also groups displaying vs. persistence. persistent levels Bacteroidaceae, Erysipelotrichaceae, Helicobacteraceae, Neisseriaceae, Streptococcaceae (family level), Fusobacterium , Bacteroides Neisseria Helicobacter (genus level) than who cleared Importance revealed differences patterns are associated its clearance. Interferon plus probiotics can greatly improve virus some patients. Distinguishing bacterial features would be helpful for early intervention reverse infection.
