ABSTRACT
Pulsed-field ablation (PFA) had potential advantages in atrial fibrillation ablation, and we aim to confirm the optimal parameter target of PFA for fibrillation. Two modes vitro single-cell system (ablation electrode cup) monolayer cell inserts with tips) were established perform myocardial H9C2 smooth muscle A7r5. Ablation effect, calcium ion influx, expression Cx45, surface morphological change observed. Three Bama minipigs used verify vivo effect PFA. In system, was significantly sensitive compared A7r5, shrinking whole monolayer. The bidirectional pulse weaker than that two mono-polar pulses. Expressed Cx45 proteins increased but decreased A7r5 cells. Bidirectional performed on able effectively block electrical activity from pulmonary vein atrium week contraction, not generating stenosis. ablate cells, maintain cell–cell connection, reduce which a kind optimized strategy
