ABSTRACT
Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play pivotal roles in the transcriptional regulation of atrial fibrillation (AF) by acting as competing endogenous (ceRNAs). In present study, expression levels lncRNAs sinus rhythm (SR) patients and AF were investigated with transcriptomics technology, lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA network based on ceRNA theory was elaborated.Left appendage (LAA) tissues obtained from valvular heart disease during cardiac surgery, they divided into SR groups. The characterizations differentially expressed (DE) two groups revealed high-throughput sequencing methods. Gene Ontology (GO) Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analyses performed, lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA-mediated constructed.A total 82 lncRNAs, 18 miRNAs, 495 mRNAs human targeted. Compared to patients, following changes found patients: 32 upregulated 50 downregulated lncRNAs; 7 11 miRNAs; 408 87 mRNAs. A constructed, which included 44 347 qRT-PCR performed verify these findings. GO KEGG suggested that inflammatory response, chemokine signaling pathway, other biological processes important pathogenesis AF. Network analysis identified lncRNA XR_001750763.2 Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) compete for binding miR-302b-3p. TLR2 upregulated, miR-302b-3p downregulated. We a XR_001750763.2/miR-302b-3p/TLR2 study shed light physiological functions provided information exploring potential treatments
