Spontaneous atrial dissection and aneurysm are extremely rare conditions. This may be the first reported case diagnosed in fetal period successfully treated with surgery under extracorporeal circulation infancy. Although infant this underwent successfully, recovered, was discharged, optimal timing for surgical intervention such cases remains unclear. report aims to provide a treatment reference similar cases.
