ABSTRACT
How to obtain the optimal decision-making scheme based on investment behavior of various stakeholders is an important issue that needs be solved urgently in incremental distribution network planning. To this end, article introduces virtual player “Nature” realize combination game theory and robust optimization proposes source–load–storage collaborate planning method with a multi-agent game. First, models DG operator, (DN) company, power consumers, distributed energy storage (DES) operator are constructed, respectively. Then static behaviors between as well DES analyzed transfer relations these four participants. At same time, used deal uncertainty output, introduced study dynamic company. Finally, dynamic–static joint model proposed. The simulation results verify correctness effectiveness proposed method.
