ABSTRACT
Support schemes like the Feed-in-Tariff (FiT) have for many years been an important driver deployment of distributed energy resources, and transition from consumerism to prosumerism. This democratization decarbonization system has led both challenges opportunities operators, paving way emerging concepts local markets. The FiT approach often assumed as lower economic bound a prosumer’s willingness participate in such markets but is now being phased out several countries. In this paper, new pricing mechanism based on Levelized Cost Electricity proposed, with intention securing profitability prosumers, well creating transparent fair price all market participants. designed function Distributed Ledger Technology-based platform further set up holistic perspective, defining framework interactions Cyber-Physical-Social-System. Schemes fixed variable contracts wholesale supplier are analyzed compared conventional its proposed replacement options. results show cost reduction consumers slight loss revenue prosumers scheme. Comparing it actual suggested replacements FiT, however, clear that study provides substantial increase benefits consumers.
