ABSTRACT
Background: Bladder cancer ranks among the top three in urology field for both morbidity and mortality. Telomere maintenance-related genes are closely related to development progression of bladder cancer, approximately 60%–80% mutated telomere maintenance can usually be found patients with cancer. Methods: gene expression profiles were obtained through limma R packages. Of 359 differential screened, 17 prognostically relevant ones by univariate independent prognostic analysis, then analysed LASSO regression. The best result was selected output model formula, 11 model-related obtained. TCGA cohort used as internal group GEO dataset external group, externally validate model. Then, HPA database query immunohistochemistry genes. Integrating scoring clinical information, we drew a nomogram. Concomitantly, conducted an in-depth analysis immune profile drug sensitivity Referring matrix heatmap, delta area plot, consistency cumulative distribution function tracking further divided sample into two subtypes delved both. Results: Using bioinformatics, Through verification groups, believe that steadily predict survival database, genes, namely ABCC9, AHNAK, DIP2C, had low tumours, eight other genes—PLOD1, SLC3A2, RUNX2, RAD9A, CHMP4C, DARS2, CLIC3, POU5F1—were highly expressed tumours. accurate predictive power populations different clinicopathological features. nomogram, could easily assess rate patients. Clinicians formulate targeted diagnosis treatment plans based on prediction results patient survival, immunoassays, susceptibility analysis. Different help subdivide better purposes. Conclusion: According nomogram this study, combined immune-analysis clinicians personalized more precise plan.
