ABSTRACT
This study investigated how gene expression is affected by dietary fatty acids (FA) using pigs as a reliable model for studying human diseases that involve lipid metabolism. includes changes in FA composition the liver, blood serum parameters and overall metabolic pathways. RNA-Seq data from 32 were analyzed Weighted Gene Co-expression Network Analysis (WGCNA). Our aim was to identify between diets containing 3% soybean oil (SOY3.0) standard pig production diet 1.5% (SOY1.5). Significantly, both SOY1.5 SOY3.0 groups showed significant modules, with higher number of co-expressed modules identified group. Correlated specific features identified, including enriched terms pathways such histone acetyltransferase complex, type I diabetes mellitus pathway, cholesterol metabolism, SOY1.5, related neurodegeneration Alzheimer's disease SOY3.0. The variation co-expression observed HDL suggests different regulatory patterns response concentration oil. Key genes processes indicative also well transport energy
