ABSTRACT
Objective This study aims to screen common immunological markers of lung tissues and blood for diagnosis tuberculosis (TB). Methods Differentially expressed miRNAs (DEmRs) mRNAs (DEGs) were obtained by whole-transcriptome sequencing profiles on 18F-FDG PET/CT high low metabolic active regions in nine TB patients. Common screened intersecting with DEmRs, four miRNA GEO datasets, their target predicted through the miRTarbase Tarbase databases. Then these intersected DEGs, from samples immune-related genes, construct a miRNA-mRNA interaction network, hub genes identified Cytoscape. The relationship between immune infiltration evaluated using Cibersort. Finally, diagnostic model based Lasso regression analysis was established validated qRT-PCR. Results Five both tissues. Six ( NEDD4 , PLTP RNASEL SEMA7A TAPBP THBS1 ) out. A 30 pairs (TB/health volunteers). AUC 6-mRNA combination 0.79. Conclusion We six as diagnosing tuberculosis.
