Growth differentiation factor 15 (GDF15) is involved in the occurrence and development of many diseases, there are few studies on its relationship with sepsis. Finally, observed decreased level phosphorylation JAK1/STAT3 signaling pathway nuclear translocation NF-κB p65 rGDF15. summary, our study found good application plays protective regulating functions macrophages inhibiting activation p65.
