ABSTRACT
Immunotherapy has emerged as a significant strategy to treat numerous tumors. The positive response immunotherapy depends on the dynamic interaction between tumor cells and infiltrating lymphocytes in microenvironment (TME). Pyroptosis, inflammation-induced cell death, is intricately associated with several However, relationship pyroptosis clinical prognosis, immune infiltration, effect unclear breast cancer (BRCA).We comprehensively evaluated 33 pyroptosis-related genes systematically assessed progression, infiltration. PyroptosisScore was used quantify pattern of single patient. We then their values for predicting prognoses therapeutic responses BRCA.Three different modes PyroptosisClusters were determined. characteristics TME infiltration these three highly consistent immunophenotypes tumors, including immune-excluded, immune-inflamed, immune-desert phenotypes. Comprehensive bioinformatics analysis revealed that patients low had higher checkpoint expression, inhibitor (ICI) scores, increased more sensitive than those high PyroptosisScore. Our findings crucial role maintaining diversity complexity TME.
