ABSTRACT
Atrazine, a triazine herbicide, is widely used around the world. The residue of atrazine due to its application in fore-rotating crop maize has caused phytotoxicity following sweet potato China. Bioaugmentation atrazine-contaminated soil with atrazine-degrading strains considered as most potential method remove from soil. Nevertheless, feasibility bioaugmentation and effect on microbiome still need investigation. In this study, Paenarthrobacter sp. AT-5, an strain, was inoculated into agricultural soils contaminated investigate process reassembly microbiome. It found that 95.9% 5 mg kg-1 removed when strain AT-5 7 days, by significantly alleviated. qRT-PCR analysis revealed survived well maintained relatively high abundance. inoculation affected community structure microbiome, abundances bacteria associated degradation were improved.
