ABSTRACT
Hainan is the second largest island in China with most extensive and well-preserved tropical forests also of Indo Burma Biodiversity Hotspot. It provides situ conservation for unique ecosystem island. Recent studies have shown that there are diverse fungal species Hainan. In this study, about 40 collections genus Amanita been studied based on morphology molecular systematics, including 35 Chinese specimens (24 from Hainan, eleven other regions) three countries (Singapore Malaysia). total, five new belonging to section Validae described: A. cacaina, parvigrisea, pseudofritillaria, pseudosculpta, yangii. parvifritillaria recorded first time report fungus occurring, outside Yunnan Province, China. Among species, two because appendiculate pileus margin absence an annulus. Based these findings, diagnosis should be slightly modified include a few lack
