ABSTRACT
Important forensic evidence traced from crime scenes, such as fecal materials, can help in the investigation of criminal cases. Intestines are largest microbial pool human body whose community is considered to be "second fingerprint". The present study explored potential for characteristics gut microbes medicine. Fecal microbiota profiles healthy individuals three representative Han populations (Guangzhou, Shantou and Meizhou) Guangdong Province, China were evaluated using High-throughput sequencing V3-V4 hypervariable regions 16SrRNA gene. Results showed that at genus level, Shantou, Guangzhou, Meizhou behaved Enterotype1, Enterotype2, Enterotype3, which mainly composed Bacteroides, Prevotella, Blautia, respectively. Based on OTU abundance random forest prediction model, it was found there might distinguishing Meizhou, according their community. Moreover, findings samples significantly different saliva reported our previous study, thus evident feces distinguished. In conclusion, this signature populations, may provide basic data application practice, containing fluid identification, geographical inference.
