ABSTRACT
Silage fermentation is naturally carried out by lactic acid bacteria (LAB) to mainly produce (LA) and other organic acids as preservatives. Along with time, the growth of LAB will replace suppress undesirable microorganisms. This meta-analysis study aimed explore silage microbiome differentiated inoculants type raw materials. A total 37 articles 185 studies 475 datasets were used for building up meta-database. Data subjected mixed model methodology. The parameters observed quality post-ensiling process. Results revealed that four bacterial genera along Weissella dominated addition in has increased abundance Lactobacillus spp. decreased Shannon index significantly. Moreover, both L. plantarum buchneri increased, subsequently, Weissella, Pseudomonas, Proteobacteria , pH value, ammoniacal nitrogen (NH 3 -N), coliforms, yeasts significantly due ( p < 0.05). Environmental factors such temperature affected existence Exiguobacterium Acinetobacter . However, dry matter, LA, acetic (AA), ratio LA AA, population enhanced Among types, lowest Pseudomonas was group, while combined group. In conclusion, effectively enhancing altering diversity metabolic products materials safe preservation.
