ABSTRACT
Introduction Intestinal health is very important to the of livestock and poultry, even a major determining factor in performance poultry production. Spermidine type polyamine that commonly found variety foods, can resist oxidative stress, promote cell proliferation regulate intestinal flora. Methods In this study, we explored effects spermidine on under physiological states or stress conditions by irrigation with intraperitoneal injection 3-Nitropropionic acid (3-NPA) Sichuan white goose. Results discussion Our results showed could increase ratio villus crypt improve morphology. addition, also reduce malondialdehyde (MDA) accumulation caused 3-NPA increasing superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPX) enzyme activity, thus alleviating damage. Furthermore, digestive activities affect digestion absorption ability. an microbial diversity abundance alleviate change microflora structure 3-NPA. conclusion, promotes production beneficial metabolites such as Wikstromol , Alpha-bisabolol AS 1–5 improving level health. Taken together, these indicate morphology, antioxidant capacity regulating flora structure.
