Methods We conducted a cross-sectional 128 consecutive Japanese EDS were defined as PD Scale-2 (PDSS-2) total score ≥15 an Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) >10, respectively. divided into four groups according presence or absence EDS. evaluated severity, motor symptoms, cognition, olfactory test, Scales for Outcomes PD-Autonomic dysfunction (SCOPA-AUT), Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II), RBD Screening Questionnaire version (RBDSQ-J). Results Of patients, 64 had neither nor 29 without 14 21 both disturbances. Patients higher BDI-II scores than those Probable more frequent SCOPA-AUT lower other three groups. Using multivariable logistic regression analysis reference group, that independent contributor (adjusted OR, 1.192; 95% CI, 1.065–1.333; P = 0.002) (OR, 1.245; 1.087–1.424; 0.001) 1.121; 1.021–1.230; 0.016) RBDSQ-J 1.235; 1.007–1.516; 0.043) well 1.137; 1.006–1.285; 0.040) Conclusions Autonomic associated depressive addition autonomic
